When you submit an application or registration form, we collect:

• Your name
• Email address
• Organization and job title
• LinkedIn profile (if provided)
• Any additional information you choose to share

To understand how our site is used and to improve it, we collect limited first-party analytics when you visit. This information stays with us — it is never sold or shared with advertisers. For each page view we record:

• The pages you view, the site that referred you, and the date and time
• Your approximate location (country, region, city) and browser type, derived from your connection
• A one-way hashed form of your IP address — we never store your raw IP address
• A first-party identifier, stored in a cookie, so we can recognize return visits

We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal — if your browser sends it, we do not collect this analytics data. We also use Google’s analytics and advertising tools (Google Analytics and Google Ads) to measure traffic and advertising performance; these may set their own cookies. • Send news and event updates (only if you opt in)
• Improve our website and future events

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with:

• Three Crowns LLP and Stanford CodeX as co-organizers
• Service providers who assist with event operations

We retain your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
